From the start the process was not good. First issue, the leasing office got my email wrong somehow (it's on the application) and sent the required docs and information to the wrong email, because I didn't respond they cancelled my application (second time applying). Then the Leasing agent misrepresented my income and at first denied my application, then realized she did math wrong after denying and calling me (I had to do it for her) (third time). Krystal who works in the leasing office is the absolute best. Her guided tour and wealth of neighborhood knowledge truly added more items in my pro column as I make my list to determine my decision of renting in this building…The answer is… yes, I’m interested.
Huge shoutout to the maintenance team! Manny is incredible—he’s always giving 100% effort and clearly knows exactly what he’s doing. Every time I submit a work order, it’s fixed the very same day. It’s so rare to have such reliable help, and it’s a huge part of why I love living in this community
Lived here for years and loved it. Always quick to fix issues. Recently sent a package to the building by mistake and Monica in the office was AMAZING and so helpful with getting it back to me. Thank you Garey Building!!
