Manny is the absolute best maintenance technician I’ve ever had! He shows up so quick and always does a great job. I’ve never lived somewhere where they accommodate all this stuff so fast. Super nice guy as well!
There are not enough incredible things I can say about this building especially the maintenance and leasing staff. I’ve lived here over six years and just resigned a long lease. Due to the unforeseen fires my apartment inevitably got Smokey. Manny and Pedro repeatedly go above and beyond for the residences — and even went so far as to set up a temporary unit for me that was safe and toxin free while they brought in a new hvac system and Air purifier so I could return to my beloved home so quickly. I’ve lived here for over 6 years, and the maintenance team has been outstanding. They always respond quickly, complete repairs efficiently, and do a great job every time. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.
