I had leased a space here for a Pop up shop! It was an amazing art space ! The leasing team was fantastic to work with. Thank you
Had a tour with Kennedy, I really enjoyed the area. She was great! Super welcoming and knew a lot about the building. Will definitely keep this place in mind once my lease is up.
UPDATE: After this review, the Garey addressed my concerns and refunded my painting/cleaning fees, and they let Greystar know they had done so. Thank you Garey for being very responsive, both during and after my tenancy! --------- Greystar charges ILLEGAL fees (painting and flat full cleaning security deposit deductions no matter how spotless the place is, $60-150 monthly "trash/porter" fee, among others) and is undergoing several class action lawsuits for this in California and Colorado.
