I've worked with Stan and his team on two different occasions. Both times were great experiences. He always had answers for our questions. He went above and beyond finding the builder of a house we liked but had just been taken off the market. We were able to build that home and enjoyed it all because Stan hunted down the builder for us. The 2nd time he brought in another builder with the ability to tweak any floor plan for us to make it a dream home.
