Staff struggle interacting with Alzheimers patients. They need a great deal of training on de-escalation techniques, how to approach an Alzheimers patient, how to encourage them with normal activities of daily living. They do not have access to any cleaning supplies on afternoon and night shift. The cleaners are locked up and no staff have a key except day shift housekeeping. For skilled nursing, Like so many locations, the staff is spread thin. There as some really awesome caring cna’s and nurses. The meals are typical institution meals. Family caregivers need to advocate for the patients they love.

Paper paychecks that bounce causing you fees that they do not pay. Disrespectful co-workers that fight and show up for work smelling like a weed farm. Doing cocain in the parkinglot and sleep through their shift while others have to cover for them and they still get paid! Scheduling that is ALWAYS messed up. Terrible place. A DON that does not want to be bothered with any of it and most of the time can not be found. Owners under federal investigation for fraud.

This place is a beautiful place and residents are great however the staff here are terrible! I worked there for a short time about 2 months ago and have no received my check for the time i worked. I called them several times and i get put through to the payroll office and she never answers, i left several messages and no call back. I don’t recommend working at this facility they are a mess.
