This place smashed it! Anna did my pedi, and Diamond did my BIAB mani, it was around 1hour 20 minutes, and they did an unbelievable job. 10/10 thank you for the best service and thank you for saving my nail beds! 🩷
I’ve been coming here pretty loyally over the past ten years and in the past year things have really gone downhill. I tried to treat myself to cute nails for my birthday. Showed the design like I always do, was told it was doable, and then after finishing half the design, I was informed there wasn’t enough time to finish the rest. I was on time for my appointment and waited patiently for 15 mins until they called me. My daughter experience for the first time at this nail salon was not a Pleasant experience The woman who did her nails was a little aggressive handling her manicure made her feel uncomfortable. In addition the woman at the desk wasn’t welcoming knowing it was her first time there she felt she was rude
I went in on Monday for my college graduation nails. My hopes were soooo high because of all the photos on here, but this was not a super great experience. My toes were done great (but $35 for a pedicure??? Really???), but my nails were not. I showed my inspiration photo (1st photo uploaded) and for gel extensions and almond shape. I forget the name of the lady but she was working SUPER fast, but not in a good way.
