I’ve been coming here pretty loyally over the past ten years and in the past year things have really gone downhill. I tried to treat myself to cute nails for my birthday. Showed the design like I always do, was told it was doable, and then after finishing half the design, I was informed there wasn’t enough time to finish the rest. My daughter experience for the first time at this nail salon was not a Pleasant experience The woman who did her nails was a little aggressive handling her manicure made her feel uncomfortable. In addition the woman at the desk wasn’t welcoming knowing it was her first time there she felt she was rude

I went in on Monday for my college graduation nails. My hopes were soooo high because of all the photos on here, but this was not a super great experience. My toes were done great (but $35 for a pedicure??? Really???), but my nails were not. I showed my inspiration photo (1st photo uploaded) and for gel extensions and almond shape. I forget the name of the lady but she was working SUPER fast, but not in a good way. Just spent 80 (minus the tip) for bubbles and divets all over my nails. Too scared to tell the woman doing them bc it’s so hostile here. Not sure I can ever go back after being so blatantly ripped off. So sad, this used to be my favorite spot.everyone is so stressed there and it is reflected in the poor consistency.
