I went today and I honesty can’t relate to any of these negative reviews. I got builder gel, basic polish and Jaimie(I think that was her name) was kind and did a great job. High attention to detail, perfect to my liking. It was rather expensive but I am from a smaller town so I assume the price reflects the area. Overall 10/10 experience and would go back.
I had Cece today. She did a gel fill and french manicure and charged me $85. She was extremely rough and hurt me on numerous occasions. It was not a pleasant experience. She used an old tattered buffer block that was not hygienic. She also cut my finger. I will never go back!
This place smashed it! Anna did my pedi, and Diamond did my BIAB mani, it was around 1hour 20 minutes, and they did an unbelievable job. 10/10 thank you for the best service and thank you for saving my nail beds! 🩷
I’ve been coming here pretty loyally over the past ten years and in the past year things have really gone downhill. I tried to treat myself to cute nails for my birthday. Showed the design like I always do, was told it was doable, and then after finishing half the design, I was informed there wasn’t enough time to finish the rest. I was on time for my appointment and waited patiently for 15 mins until they called me. My daughter experience for the first time at this nail salon was not a Pleasant experience The woman who did her nails was a little aggressive handling her manicure made her feel uncomfortable. In addition the woman at the desk wasn’t welcoming knowing it was her first time there she felt she was rude
