The food was excellent except for one overdone steak which was remedied. The service was slow considering the restaurant was not full.
What an amazing experience. My steak was cooked to perfection. I was just in Kansas City and ate at the Chop House, this steak from the Gambling Cowboy was on par..... maybe even better. The staff was professional and efficient. Anytime I’m in the area I will definitely stop by for the ribeye steak, bone marrow and baked Brie. Oh I almost forgot, Wednesday is 50% off bottles of wine (select bottles). We enjoyed the black bird Merlot.

We always love “The Gambling Cowboy”! Mother’s Day was a great reason to go. Although, my husbands baked potato was a little hard and my Mother In loves steak was cooked a little too well, it was still great! I don’t blame anyone, they did amazing for a crazy weekend. Be patient and kind ❤️
The Mother’s Day brunch was excellent. Great food and service. Would definitely recommend.
