Staff training and be more professional.
I did a tour of the property, not by the leasing agents but because the exit gate was open and anyone can access the property at anytime. I visited during peak hours and immediately ran into many dog lovers, which was appealing to me! They all spoke of the fear they felt of late! There have been more than 4 break-Ins in the last month!!! That’s crazy and there is still no security factors that have been put in place!
