I've only lived here a short time, but from day one I have loved living here! To me the walls are not "paper thin", as someone has said. I barely hear anything! That person should live at my last apartment. The walls were truly "paper thin." Not only could I hear dogs barking, kids screaming, people talking on the phone, people walking on my ceiling, lovers having sex, but I could hear the man upstairs snoring each night!!! The apartments are brand new, everyone is friendly, staff and residents. I enjoyed the 4th-floor views. Anytime there was an issue the maintenance staff was right on it.
Everything was great for the first year until the new maintenance staff was hired. Since then my privacy has been invaded on several different occasions by the staff. People have been told what is in my home and who has visited my home by a certain member on the maintenance team. The management refused to do anything visually about it. After the first incident management ask me how things were going now I replied okay but I still don't feel at home I'm my "home" I think I'll be looking for another place she replied "that mig... read more
Nice curb appeal, but don’t be deceived. The walls are paper thin, one might as well remove all interior walls and live amongst your neighbors because after a few months you are going to know everything they say and DO anyway. Don’t bother telling management about the noise, they have contrived a single statement for nearly all complaints - “We feel these are normal living conditions”. Parking is an absolute joke and management’s answer is to allocate a few token spots at the entrance for all the guests to share. Those guest... read more
My fiancé and his father live here, and have for almost 3 years. Their apartment is very nice, and spacious in comparison to most other apartments in Lynchburg. I visit here almost daily. Up until recently, the parking situation has been rough, but doable. Now, in order to fix it, they are giving every tenant as many spaces as they need, as opposed to one space per apartment. This means that all the spaces will be taken up, and now visitors like myself, or my fiancés elderly grandparents, basically have to park a fair amount... read more
This place is nice but poor planning for parking if u don't mind walking 1/4 mile from ur apt this is for u
The staff is amazing, the apartments are beautiful, the only down fall is parking. Other than that I totally think it is wonderful.
