New Management is great Ms Ketra has come in and cleaned up the apartment community. She has been quick to get any situation handled as quickly as possible. Good choice for a new member of the team here in the community!

crystal was wonderful no compaints but when we moved in the apts was not clean we had to clean it dishes still left in oven carpet fithly. and a muskey smell the cab, in kitchen has never been clean anyways we had to clean it before we moved in. the day we moved. someone came in on us while we were sleeping damaged our car. when we moved out i told crystal what are we suppose to do with the key and she said to leave it on the counter . we did and left and she was not back in the office days later and we were ch... read more

I moved into this complex in Sept 2014 coming from upstate NY. At the time we enjoyed our stay there. Management was wonderful, helpful, and respectful and she made sure all the rules were followed by all the tenants. In May of 2015 the complex was sold and new management took over....That's when all hell broke loose. they fired the on location maintenance man, all the rules went right out the window with most of the tenants. This place was absolutely horrible. I wish I could rate them a 0. I can't imagine how anyone lives here. To start off, if you're planning on moving here, don't. It will cost you WAY more money and stress than you need. We had viewed this property several times and saw 2 different apartments, both of which looked great. We went through the whole process and set up our move in date. On move in day, I go to inspect the unit we were moving in to and I can not imagine how ANYONE thought that apartment was worthy of moving into. I... read more
