We had a wonderful experience at Furniture House. My husband and I went in looking for an area rug for our bedroom. Maddie was extremely helpful showing us samples, bringing out catalogues flagged to our specifications and offering to bring in samples of the rugs we chose. She was professional, friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend Furniture House.

We had an unfortunate experience at this store and never received a piece of furniture we ordered and paid for. My husband and I continually called for a year asking for updates and never received calls back and ultimately still have not received the furniture we ordered.
