The Furniture House is the most beautiful place in the capital region! Anything and everything for all styles. The best part by far is the staff. Susan Munday-Kaytar took care of us twice. She went above and beyond any sales person I’ve ever experienced. She worked very hard to insure we were happy with our purchase. I’ll be back for several more pieces. Also would like to mention how incredibly helpful Carmine from the warehouse was.
We had a wonderful experience at Furniture House. My husband and I went in looking for an area rug for our bedroom. Maddie was extremely helpful showing us samples, bringing out catalogues flagged to our specifications and offering to bring in samples of the rugs we chose. She was professional, friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend Furniture House.

We had an unfortunate experience at this store and never received a piece of furniture we ordered and paid for. My husband and I continually called for a year asking for updates and never received calls back and ultimately still have not received the furniture we ordered.
