Tori is the only reliable staff member but it seems that everyone is trained to lie. The majority of the property lights are out including all lights around the pool. A different lie is told every time it is mentioned. Work orders take a while to be completed and they could care less about inconvenience or safety. I would never recommend anyone to live here EVER.

Ginger is the best! Knows most residents by name and truly cares about her residents. She’s honestly a huge part of why we’ve been here for 3 years!
Super roomy floor plans and very friendly staff! The dog park is wonderful and I love that they are not breed restricted.

Lived here going on 3 yrs. Maintenance takes case of stuff quick. No more than 2 days. They're private, patios are awesome and no one lives above you so no stomping from the neighbor. Only place in SA that has that.
We've lived a year. Just decided to move into a larger unit. Big mistake. It's been 2 weeks since moving in and we still can't use our shower because it's completely clogged full of the previous tenant's hair. Instead of the maintenance fixing the problem when they moved out, they painted the whole tub and made it worse. The hair clogs the whole drain and is painted on. Also haven't been given the keys to our mailbox or to our own laundry room. This and countless other problems makes the issues here unbearable. I can't wait ... read more
