RecommendedYou can’t beat the amount of space you have in the 2 story townhomes. Overall it’s probably the best place I’ve lived at, the only con is that the area is not gated and there aren’t security cameras at least that I’ve seen. I was almost abducted by a man posing to be a pizza delivery driver. If it weren’t for the real one that called me while the fake was trying to lure me into his car I probs would’ve been murdered. No access to the fitness room after office is closed, take for ever to fix anything, and then have the nerves to threaten EVICTION because you're 2 days past due! Then Tori Gallagher asked me to remove an uninviting review because it looks bad on them, but I was simply stating the truth! I guess this is retaliation.
Great staff in the office! Tori and Norma are such great help and very understanding! 100% recommend renting from The Fredd!

My wife and I have lived here for a few years and personally I havent found a better place. The balance between the friendly staff, good neighbors, and maintenance has been great. We've made this place home and it's been fitting. Easy to find your way around, clean pool, monthly parties for residents and with the new ownership...better facilities.
