Me and my brother were one of the first occupants at the Fred when we moved in in September of 2017. The first few months were great but then the summer of 2018 came around and things changed. The neighbors were absolutely atrocious smoking weed and drinking having party’s out on the deck like they own the place. Fist fights were an every night thing right at the adjacent apartment. Constant arguing amongst spouses and couples fighting were me and my brothers weeknight tv show. The police were always there for the same peopl... read more

People in the Rental Office are a. Amazing and will go out of their way to help you and walk you through the process with a smile
The Fred Apts have really nice people working here and really nice neighbors the gym is wonderful!!!! The pool is really awesome and the staff members make you feel welcome here it’s always place to be
