Love this place! Very friendly staff and they do a great job grooming. They usually don't keep my pup for long and I actually feel good about dropping her off there. Prices are very reasonable as well.
They called to say my dogs were ready 20 minutes before closing on a Friday. When I got there 35 minutes later from Ooltewah due to traffic, the husband was very nasty and told me I needed to pay a late fee. It took 10 minutes to turn on the side street from Brainerd road. The husband was all frowned up and talking very very mean to me. I refuse to pay you and let you talk to me like you’re scolding your child.
Where should I start. I have been calling them and NO ONE returns calls back. I had been taking my dog here for the last 5 years and I really miss the original owner Katie. The new owners stated last month that my dog wouldn't let them bath her. REALLY you are the groomer. So I got her and tried again this week. I had called again NO answer.
