beware of contracts The staff and the care at the Fountains, is and has been great. However, in 2008 my mother had to move to an assisted living facility in Pa. To this day, the reimbursement of 90% of the purchase price, for which she paid extra when she purchased her unit, has not been seen. In the 6 years since, the sales department tells me they can not sell this unit. I find this strange and unbelieveable.
