Contract Misleads - Refund Not Returned We have the same exact issue as tiriver and have not received a refund of 90% of the purchase/entrance fee. It has been 9 years since my dad passed away. We have been contacting the management for years and keep getting a run-around. We will likely never receive our money which my father wanted to leave to his grandchildren.
