My father was a resident in an independent living apartment for the last 4 years of his life. The Fountains respected his choice to stay independent, even though many other places would've had him in assisted living. They provided help whenever he needed it instead of using his requests to force him into a living arrangement he didn't want. And Dr Palladino was PHENOMENAL! He provided my father with wonderful, individualized care and was just a 5 minute walk away!
My Nana’s necklace was stolen. We found it at the local pawn shop today. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I would like to extend my gratitude to the staff at Fountains. The skilled nursing team was wonderful to my mom and my family during her time there. Sadly, my mom passed away at Fountains but the nurses were so kind during a very difficult moment.
