Yesterday was the first time ever going to the Forum! It was great looking towards seeing another concert or music awards show there soon. We had previously bought tickets but my friend had an issue with the stairs so we went to CS and they issued us handicap seating which awesome and we also got to use the handicap bathrooms. Our handicap parking was awesome right a the entry to the venue. And the bar service was excellent the drinks were awesome a little pricey but well worth it.
Beautiful and clean venue! Easy parking! Fast security! Pleasant staff. Just be smart and use the gorgeous and plentiful restrooms located just outside the entrance doors.
We had a very good experience but then we didn't park because we were drop off.
Had an amazing experience at the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards! Great staff and amazing venue!
Seats Sucked BIG time packed in like Sardines! Parking & concessions WAY over priced!!! Our battery died could not get anyone to help.Our friends parked on other side tried to get to us Police wouldn't let them come jump us. On a positive note two very kind young men cleaning the lot came & jumped our car, That was the best experience.Blake Shelton Ray Lynn & Sundance were all fun & Entertaining. Will I ever go to Forum again? Hell NO!
First, I would give this a one if it wasn't for the people that work at the forum. They were very helpful when it came to helping us get a wheelchair for my girlfriend who has a sprained her ankle. Plus they have handicap bathrooms with an attendant allowing handicap to go first. Now for the bad. Over priced parking $25, food drinks will break the bank. The seating is awful. The service and the management at the forum are very unprofessional and I don't everythink i will return.
The venue was good, the parking was terrible. Felt unorganized, as it took me 1 hour to park. The staff in the parking lot were doing a good job, but the staff inside once the concert was over was rude. They pushing everyone out of the Venue. I was parked on the opposite side of the Forum from where my seat was, and when I tried to walk through the inside of the Forum to get back to my car, I was told I needed to walk around outside. Love this arena!!! Pretty much any seat is a good seat!!
