About this business

The Forum, a.k.a. Great Western Forum is one of the area's entertainment hotspots. Former home of the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Kings, the Forum now frequently hosts boxing matches, rock concerts with performers such as Aerosmith, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Stevie Wonder, and other miscellaneous events. The glitzy, backlit Roman architecture seems a little out of place in Los Angeles, but it has its charms. As the Forum seats as many as 18,000 people, parking can be a little tough, so be prepared.

Happy that The Forum is back in business, seats are more comfortable, floor seats although crammed are more comfy too. Can do without the ladies room in the dungeon, parking is still a bitch. Parking price outrageous though, good & standard drink costs outrageous too! You have us folks, we'll purchase from you but for $4.50 a bottle of water I can get two 24 pks of water st the market. More alcohol bars than food bars. Love The Forum but prices are out of control.

As a music venue amazing, the money spent on the overhaul was well worth it. As everyone has mentioned the parking is horrendous. On Wednesday for Bon Jovi it wasn't that bad, last year for the Foo Fighters was exhausting.

Horrible parking situation with attendants that are no help. I was told to find parking in the community. Ridiculous!

This review is for the Forum not the band. Bon Jovi was great! So where were the big screens that allow you to see him close up? Only 2 on the sides and they were small. The parking was a complete disaster. It took us over one hour to park so we missed the opening act and the first couple of BJ songs. Once we got seated the concert was great but we won't be returning to the Forum for a concert. I will be calling the Forum to voice my frustration.

The arena is nice, they did a great job remodeling. But the parking situation is the absolute worst I have ever seen. It was a complete mess, and we were sitting in gridlock for almost 30 minutes. There is no excuse for a parking situation to have cars just sitting idly, it should be handled so that there is steady flow into the lot. And $25 to park?? You would think for the sick amount they are charging that they would get their act together. Hopefully, someone will open a lot or structure nearby and charge less. Maybe then... read more

The parking is awful, I have never seen a venue with such disorganization when it came to leaving the parking lot

The building its self is an amazing place to see a concert. I saw Bon Jovi March 8th and the performance was great and sound was amazing, unlike Staples Center the Forum does not have luxury boxes, which mean even if your sitting in the upper deck your not that far away from the stage and the sound does not get lost. As many have said the Parking is awful. The parking staff did absolutely nothing to assist with getting people in the venue, once I got on Manchester it took and hour and fifteen minutes to park. Once parked aft... read more

Fun Bon Jovi pre-show activities added to my excitement last night! The food was great and the crew members were pleasant to chat with. The venue itself it something special! There's nothing like The Forum! I got seats that were somewhat behind the stage on the second level, but I did not complain because I got to see the band when they were back stage! :) Great Venue! Ps. I see a lot of people complain about the parking situation. I agree that it is a mess departing. I arrived two hours early and got a good parking spot. So... read more
