The Forum, a.k.a. Great Western Forum is one of the area's entertainment hotspots. Former home of the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Kings, the Forum now frequently hosts boxing matches, rock concerts with performers such as Aerosmith, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Stevie Wonder, and other miscellaneous events. The glitzy, backlit Roman architecture seems a little out of place in Los Angeles, but it has its charms. As the Forum seats as many as 18,000 people, parking can be a little tough, so be prepared.

Flogging Molly was AWESOME!!!! Mighty Mighty Bosstones and Mariachi El Bronx were great openers, i couldn't have asked for a better show!!!
Im not sure why we lucked out, but had no issue with parking, in or out. We did get there just after first band started so sure that helped. Loved our seats, all vendors and employees great. The sound and screens both awesome. Saw great line up of Mariachi el Bronx, Mighty BossTones, Flogging Molly.. couldn't have been better way or better venue to spend St Patrick's Day! GREAT SHOW! 😄🍀
Always a great time at The Forum!!!! Warm and inviting crew.
The VIP seating was nice because it was seating but no leg room so not comfortable. The facilities were clean.
Got horribly obstructed view seats and the ushers just told me to go sit somewhere else until the people came and then move, so I had to spend the evening jumping between seats and upsetting people for sitting in their seats.
I was also there for the JBJ concert tour and the arena itself was ok. Like most people that night, parking was very inconvenient. It was a long line to get in and other cars just kept on cutting in line that extended the wait time even longer. Parking was $25 and we were just directed to the farthest side of the lot. We had to walk quite a bit to the venue entrance.
I took my 8 year old to see Bon Jovi and it was his first concert. We spent an hour and a half just trying to get a parking space. The parking attendants didn't seem to know what was happening. We were at a complete stand still for at least 30 minutes. Then we were parked all the way up Picay. We literally had to run to The Forum. The decision-makers really need to read this comments and do something to rectify this situation for future concert-goers. I'm going to the John Mayer show there in April and I hope to have a smoot... read more
I went to see Bon Jovi and just made it. We spent an hour in a line of traffic outside to go a half a mile. People in the parking areas should of turned off the stop lights and actually directed the traffic. It would of been more efficient. They didn't seem to have a clue on where they were sending people to go. They were creating a bigger problem. The stalls were very small. The forum itself was very nice. Clean. Sound was great. Only issue was if you had seats at the top it was hot. As you walked up the stairs you could fe... read more
