The Forum, a.k.a. Great Western Forum is one of the area's entertainment hotspots. Former home of the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Kings, the Forum now frequently hosts boxing matches, rock concerts with performers such as Aerosmith, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Stevie Wonder, and other miscellaneous events. The glitzy, backlit Roman architecture seems a little out of place in Los Angeles, but it has its charms. As the Forum seats as many as 18,000 people, parking can be a little tough, so be prepared.

Over priced everything. Seating sucks, service sucked.

After attending 3 different concert events at this venue, I will now try my best to avoid coming back... traffic on the fwys to get to this location is horrendous, traffic on the streets to arrive to the venue is horrible, parking is over priced for the lack of attendants directing traffic as one leaves, and to top it off, this last concert I attended, their sound system was the absolute worst... I hadn't been there in years but I enjoyed the Armin Van Burren concert last night. The staff from the lady serving me my Pink's hot dog to the concession stand people to the seat attendants were very polite and helpful, the place was clean and the seats pretty comfortable. My ONLY issue would be the $25.00 parking. It was almost as much as my ticket for the show.
