About this business

The Forum, a.k.a. Great Western Forum is one of the area's entertainment hotspots. Former home of the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Kings, the Forum now frequently hosts boxing matches, rock concerts with performers such as Aerosmith, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Stevie Wonder, and other miscellaneous events. The glitzy, backlit Roman architecture seems a little out of place in Los Angeles, but it has its charms. As the Forum seats as many as 18,000 people, parking can be a little tough, so be prepared.

I went to the EXO concert last night and while I know it wasn't entirely the forum's staffs fault that they didn't have the answers, some of them were really rude when anyone asked questions. Everyone was confused and them being rude to us was not necessary at all.

I witnessed several Lakers games in this venue during the late 1980s and early 1990s. The Fabulous Forum is a special place!

Went to see EXO. The show was amazing. Great experience great view. The staff at the forum however, sadly to say was not prepared. They did not communicate within themselves. Not one staff member had the same answer to where to line up or where to go. People walked from one place to another. It was pretty ridiculous. Hopefully they learn from this experience and have a plan.

I went EXO concert. They were so unorganized. There were at least 1000 people by noon for GA but they only had 400 wristbands and I was like 480th so I didn't get wristband even though I got the venue before 7 AM. Then they keep changing their stories where we should line up. We waited 8 hours in line only to find out we were not in official line. Then all the chaos started. Nobody knew where to go and once we went the correct line it was a long wait. This was the most frustrating experience I ever had in concert. I hope whe... read more

Went to the EXO concert yesterday the concert was Great but the people there and the venue itself sucked the seats are way too close to each other your knees hit the back of the seats it's tough to sit down and get up. They were supposed to separate the lines between GA and seated seats no employees there knew what they were doing and we asked almost every single one of them , One person that was in front of me asked somebody a question on where GA goes and they got mad and said don't ask me and walked away. I would have to ... read more

I went to the EXO Concert Yesterday. Great show but staff in Forum was not ready for the show. They need more training so that they can be nice with all people. I came all the way from Texas to watch the Concert. None of the Staff had right answer. I have seen there was so many people who did not know what to do and where to go. There was not any staff to help. Next time i will be carefull before i go to any Concert.

It was okay, but having had my bag stolen by someone when I got up. Also the handicap access for me made it very difficult. It was sad also that there was only one screen and we were all the way at the top so our view was very limited was more like watching TV on a very very very bad screen.
