About this business

The Forum, a.k.a. Great Western Forum is one of the area's entertainment hotspots. Former home of the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Kings, the Forum now frequently hosts boxing matches, rock concerts with performers such as Aerosmith, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Stevie Wonder, and other miscellaneous events. The glitzy, backlit Roman architecture seems a little out of place in Los Angeles, but it has its charms. As the Forum seats as many as 18,000 people, parking can be a little tough, so be prepared.

I have never been to an event with a parking situation like this. I came to see U2 this evening to find out that the general lot, AND the over flow lots are full. Pardon my French, BUT WHAT THE FUCK? I’ve visited the forum before and I never encountered this before. How can the lots be full already? Do you oversell tickets in the hopes of people backing out like the airlines do? I certainly hope that this parking situation can be resolve by the time the rams stadium opens. If it doesn’t, well then it will be your dollars tha... read more

Never made it into the U2 concert tonight😡. Sat in gridlock traffic outside the Forum for over 90 min. Absolutely no traffic control! Hundreds of cars turned away. How can you sell tickets for a venue you don't have adequate parking for???? Unacceptable😞😤!

Business response:

I went to see Justin Timberlake on 4/29 and ended up severely spraining my ankle. We were emailed about how we can enjoy pre concert stuff at 5 PM but they wouldn’t allow us and were treating us like cattle. Since we were GA floor, it was standing and JT wasn’t going to be on until 9 PM and we got in line at around 3 PM, a bunch of us sat on the floor. I rolled my ankle on the white floor tile and I was in the worst pain of my life and none of the staff seemed to care and barely helped at first. I asked to sit on a counter s... read more

Hi! I'm very disappointed with the service and the way The Forum is set up for people with disabilities. 1) There ONLY two sections with accessible seats, they’re far away from stage. So, there’s NO ticket option for us! 2) There was just one screen so it was like watching my singer on my tv because we’re very far away that the artists seem like ants! 3) The staff were very rude, 4) They made us dispose our selfy-stick, they didn’t say it was not allowed, 5) The accessible restrooms were locked. We had to wait on staff to ge... read more

We saw Korn last year and everything from parking to our view was great! We got there early so we basically parked next to the Forum. The only problem was that the seats lack leg room. It was extremely painful on our knees but it was Korn and Yelawolf so we endured the pain. The sound was great and it was truly an amazing show.

Great place for a concert. I have seen Neil Diamond there several times.
