I love that The Flying Joe has a HUGE selection of loose leaf teas. You don't get that at very many coffee shops! The honey cinnamon latte is definitely my favorite latte, and they use local honey! Can't beat that! Also, the fact that they have almond milk seals the deal. Starbucks has nothing on The Flying Joe!!
I first tried this place about a year ago after a friend recommended it to me. The first thing I ever tried from here was the white chocolate pumpkin frozen latte, and it was amazing. It's definitely my favorite place to get coffee if I have extra time in the morning on my way up to Toledo to head over to perrysburg. Starbucks and Biggby are nothing compared to this place. This area needs more coffee shops like The Flying Joe. Definitely would recommend giving it a try.
I have loved my evenings at the Joe listening to some great local musicians. It is the best place in Perrysburg to hang and spend times with friends. I always feel really comfortable here and the staff is very friendly. They have some awesome Coffee specialty DRINKS!!
Love The Flying Joe! Sad to say, I don't get there as often as I used to because of a new job but dream of going several times a week like I used to! Super awesome service, friendly staff, best coffee ever and great atmosphere too. If you haven't been, I highly recommend you try. You won't be disappointed!
This shop has it all. As a coffee connoisseur like myself, I appreciate a nice local espresso being pulled, and being pulled sweetly. I had a great cappuccino, but love the selection of multi-roasters they have in the shop as well as a great pour over (as a lot of shops I have been too seem to slightly under extract the cup) and an excellent line-up of teas. I just moved to the area, but I see myself visiting this place quite often.
The staff here are warm and friendly. My husband and I L-O-V-E coffee and this place does it right! The Honey and Cinnamon Latte is my go to when I don't get coffee, it is what dreams are made of.
