Wonderful Customer Service! When unsure about my exact order, Amy called immediately. My oversight was avoided and she saved the day!
I live out -of-state from my mother. Twice a year I send her flowers and use The FlowerLoft of Lima. They are my “go to” florist. I am always pleased with them
I ordered a fall floral arrangement in a wooden box that was part of their online options as a thank you gift. It was delivered on time and was absolutely gorgeous!
I ordered red roses 36. And they were $248.00 from flower loft. So disappointed.
Flowers were delivered on date selected. Arrangement was as ordered and the recipient very happy. Not the first order I have placed and will not be the last. Very happy with each order I have placed.
