We were very pleased with our purchases from the flower studio. The flowers we ordered for a funeral service were absolutely beautiful. They were able to deliver while other local florists could not. Exceeded our expectations!!! We will definitely order from them again.
Worst experience ever. Stated they were open until 5 but doors are locked at 3:30. Lady comes to the door and we stated we needed chimes for a funeral and she interrogated us like we were there to rob her and says she only takes orders. Then why have a display room and checkout counter and refused to allow us to purchase anything for the funeral. Absolutely ridiculous and no people skills at all. I would give negative stars if I could!
I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on 7/4. The tag even says 7/4 delivery but they were not delivered. I called and was told they don’t deliver on holidays. They need to fix this on their website. But, the flowers that were delivered the next day were beautiful and my wife loved them. I would advise to speak to them directly regarding delivery before buying.
Ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day—how sweet, right? Delivery was promised for the next day. Perfect. Except… nothing showed up. So I call to check in, and that’s when I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with their customer service rep… I calmly asked what happened, and she snaps back that “no one was home,” so they just decided not to deliver.
