Lily at The Flower Place did the bouquets for my daughter's wedding. The flowers were beautiful! Lily understood the vision right away, executed it with perfection and was a pleasure to work with. I have been coming to this flower shop for a while now but stopped going. I revisited today and to my surprise i was greeted with terrible customer service. Prices have always been reasonable here but today I was told a dozen of tulips and babies breath were $15 each but was charged $35 not including taxes. When checking out I kindly asked if they could be wrapped and the associate rudely said no. Would’ve said before this is the best flower place to go to but after my newest visit i’m very dissatisfied.
