Last second birthday arrangement... I ordered on the phone at 10am, delivered at 1pm per my request (offered 12pm). I described what I wanted and about what I wanted to spend. Told her it was for a birthday, needed to be small enough for an office desk and that I wanted it to be vibrant... I had a personal family tragedy which requiered flowers for a funeral. I live in Tennessee, and I called a local flower shop in Texas to help me out. The two flower shops in Kilgore did not answer my call and so I made calls to flower shops in Longview; Well this sweet lady answered the phone, I explained the situation, my requests, and price range...she recommended what she thought was best for me.
