TLDR: awful, think twice before ordering While my bouquet is decent, I am appalled by my experience picking up today. I’ve ordered from the Flower Nook many times before and have not had as many problems with my order until today. I ordered a bouquet (pictured) for a birthday last Thursday for pick up today. I specified flowers, filler leaves, and size of the bouquet. The person helping me order wrote down every request, even going as far as taking a photo of our inspiration picture. I called and spoke to Ms. Louise and she was so nice and helpful, then I got to meet her sister and staff the next day, place neat and clean and staff professional. My wife graduated from nursing school.
I needed a fresh florist last-minute for my bridal bouquets and corsages, and The Flower Nook was incredibly accommodating. They were so easy to work with and took the time to understand my vision, then offered thoughtful, experienced recommendations that brought everything together beautifully. I’m so glad I found them. Everything turned out even better than I imagined!
The flower nook staff members were kind but unfortunately I did have quite a few issues on my wedding day that were a very stressful. My flowers were supposed to be put on pedestals for my ceremony they were not. My flowers around my sweetheart table were supposed to include Italian ruscus but instead had palm leaves- which I never wanted. My girls bouquets were supposed to be laid out across the sweet heart table and never were.
