A hiccup occurred and my mum didn’t receive her birthday flowers so i communicated with Tegan and she went above and beyond to make sure my mum got her special birthday bouquet and issued a refund. Accidents happen, we are all only human but I am so thankful for her acceptance and fixing of the issue. There are not a lot of businesses that would accept fault and rectify it. Very pleased!
The flowers were absolutely beautiful on the first day, smelt amazing The next day, not so much much for $50, id expect them to last at least a few days. Quite disappointed
