Sarah saved us with a beautiful grad bouquet! So kind and helpful!
Service was excellent. Helpful, friendly. Flowers were beautiful. Update - the flowers still looked beautiful two weeks later.

A hiccup occurred and my mum didn’t receive her birthday flowers so i communicated with Tegan and she went above and beyond to make sure my mum got her special birthday bouquet and issued a refund. Accidents happen, we are all only human but I am so thankful for her acceptance and fixing of the issue. There are not a lot of businesses that would accept fault and rectify it. Very pleased!
