Appalling service! My mother called in and paid for an order of flowers to be delivered to my father’s celebration of life. An hour prior to services and the flowers still had not arrived. She called in and was told her order had been lost. She was already dealing with the loss of her husband but suddenly was faced with no flowers for the guest sign-in book or a bouquet next to his photo.
