Randy was very rude, didn’t listen to the matter at hand and hung up the phone mid sentence. Needs to be fired
the building is alright, but the front desk guy is a true Karen! He's passive aggressive, nosy, and just an overall awful person.
I was one of the first residents to purchase a condo at the Floridian in 2009. Unfortunately, I have had the same experience as others. I have been constantly harassed, abused, threatened, and even falsely accused by the same mean person at the front desk that others have mentioned in their reviews.
