They have a screwy return policy. It was: not without a receipt. But it was a gift! Nope. I try to support locally owned businesses but not when they make it this difficult over what was probably a $20 gift. And the clerk stared at me like I just pulled out a gun and asked for her cash.

It was jewelry that we were not sure when it was purchased and per our policy and your receipt that was not present at the time you came in, jewelry is nonrefundable. Cute clothes but not nice staff. I work a boutique so I understand small buisness policies about returns; however, when my friend tried to return an item she decided she didn't want, minutes after she bought it, the staff was very rude about it. We understand there are no returns, yet it could've been said with a smile or an "im sorry." It instantly turned our day around and ruined our mood. I was very kind and wanted to help them and requested they look around and find something else and we would exchange it for anything.
