This boutique has great clothing and jewelry. Unfortunately, the young ladies now working in this boutique are very rude. It used to be a great place to shop, but I can no longer say this.

This place has the worst customer service we just left their store and not one person of the two young ladies there even said hello. We will not go back.
I always come here first when I have to get my girlfriend, sister or mother a gift. They've got lots of different kinds of things to choose from and the staff is ALWAYS AMAZING and SO HELPFUL!

We had a great experience with The Florida House. Love the shop, and the employees were super friendly. I bought A pair of OTBT shoes while I was there. About two weeks later I had a mishap with one of the shoes and it broke. I called the store as soon as I got home to explain. Danielle and Lindsay were FANTASTIC! They dealt with the problem IMMEDIATELY. I had a replacement pair of shoes within a week. GREAT PLACE THAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR MERCHANDISE!!!!! Thank you, ladies!!!! Makala

I never go to Pier Park that The Florida House is not my 1st stop. You will love all of the clothes, decor, jewelry, shoes and atmosphere. From the moment you enter you will be greeted by the friendliest staff. If you have the opportunity say hello to the Awesome owner Tina. You will not be disappointed.
