Absolutely beautiful venue with AMAZING food and excellent staff! The only con is that the elevator was not working the day of my event. This posed a serious issue for my older and decreased mobility guests. My event was upstairs in the ballroom, so my guests had to go up and down the stairs to get to the restroom (which are really nice bathrooms!). As impressive as The Florentine ballroom is, the staff & catering experience is even better. My wife and I cannot recommend Will West and Corretti Catering enough. All parties ensured our December 2025 wedding weekend was exactly what we envisioned.
We had the opportunity to film a wedding at The Florentine in 2025, and it was a great experience from start to finish. From a vendor perspective, the space is well thought out, the flow of the day works naturally, and the staff was professional Everything felt organized which always makes a difference on a wedding day. I can’t imagine a more wonderful experience than what my daughter and I experienced planning her wedding reception at the Florentine. From day one Will West was amazing! He was so helpful with the planning and had wonderful suggestions as far as food choices and decor. He was so responsive and always went above and beyond.
