First off, we absolutely love our new carpet in our home! Heidi was able to work with our tight schdule, order carpet just in time and have it insalled the day we moved in. The installers were excellent as well. Overall we would highly recommend!
The owner of HB flooring is amazing! She constantly looks for ways to provide a personal and elite experience for her customers. HB’s products are the highest quality and their service is impeccable. She gives back to her community and makes sure she supports charity through her work. Can’t say enough good things about HB Flooring!!
Heidi was so amazing to work with. We told her our budget, the amount of carpet we needed replaced and she found a high quality carpet that will withstand our 3 small children. When installing, her installers got stuck on a previous job and were late to out home but she did everything she could to make it up to us! She offered to pay for a hotel and she upgraded our pad! We loved working with her and we LOVE our carpet.
I have a hard time envisioning color schemes and patterns and knew I needed help. Heidi did an incredible job of listening to my needs and concerns and helped me pick new flooring and baseboards for my home. She is knowledgeable, confident and made sure all of the details (like transitions into rooms) were all figured out. Her team was quick and efficient and did a wonderful job. I am very happy with the outcome and would choose HB flooring again and again.

HB Flooring was a great solution for me. I was having trouble with the follow thru at the 2 flooring places I had stopped at. HB returned my call the same day, and was here with samples the next day. Heidi was very knowledgeable answering questions I didn't know to ask. Her crew was friendly and efficient . I'm so happy with my flooring. What a great company to work with.
Heidi did an amazing job picking out colors for my carpeting to match the design on my home. She has always been spot on with pricing and scheduling. I would highly recommend HB Flooring to anyone.
Heidi did our stairs and family room in wood. The installation of the wood on the stairs was very well done. I love how she knows what’s in style and can give great suggestions on what looks good in your space. She was well priced and honest. I love supporting a woman in business.
