We had The Floor Store install hardwood, ceramic tile and carpet in our new home. They helped match the colors to our paint as well. They were quick and professional....not one flaw! We are thrilled with the quality and efficiency!

We had the Floor Store come out to take a look at my apartment flooring after we moved in, because there was a lingering smell that we weren't able to get out of our tile and grout with regular mopping and scrubbing. They came out and did an amazing job cleaning! They even told me the best products to use to best upkeep my different floors on my own. Seriously great service - you can tell that they genuinely care about their customers. In the future, this will be the first place I go to for anything flooring related.
I've gone back and forth about writing this review because I do love the finished product. It's just getting there and all the damage done to get to the finished product that I haven't been able to get over. We bought new carpet for our bedrooms and stairway as well as upstairs and had tile put down in the entry, living room, kitchen and dining room, It looks great. We have used them a couple of times in the past for small jobs and have been pleased. However, this time has been very different. They were supposed to be here last Friday first thing to install 12x18 carpet in sunporch. They never showed up nor called. We called the store but could not speak with owner. He never called us back and we still have not heard from them even though we stayed home all day Friday waiting on them.
What a difference with some of the other places I went! They really seemed to care about my project!
