Went in to pick out my flooring and tile.... had the worst service I have ever had finally found what I needed... had to tell the lady to take down the info. Told her I would be back with my husband.. so the next week we go in the woman was on a personal call again and then she asked my husband what I picked out , and took no effort to find the paper she filled out .I get there she is rude and made the comment I’m doing ten things at once. RecommendedThe floor store was amazing! I went by twice and brought home samples and then Dell came by to measure and brought additional samples as I am very indecisive. My floors were installed by a professional and detail oriented gentleman and he left my house cleaner than when he started! The whole process was smooth and painless!

I have high expectations when it comes to customer service. I went to a big box flooring store first. Long story short, after delay and run around answers, I ended up checking out The Floor Store. I got my flooring in 2 days (2 weeks quicker than the big box store) and less expensive. The flooring is top quality and the owner and staff were great. I highly recommend them. Here are a few pictures of the final product. I will use them in the future.
