I hired Carpet One for a flooring installation. The quality of the flooring itself is good, but my experience with the company’s communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing. We purchased carpet from the store in Seymour. This was the first time I ever purchased carpet for a home. Miranda made it so easy and walked me through all my options. We are extremely pleased and would go back if ever in need.
Jason put in the flooring earlier this year and I could not be happier with the results. The transitions from original hardwood to the LVP looks amazing. Glad I went local instead of a box store!
