BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After fighting with them for a year, my floors are still incomplete. There are gaps and glue and scrapes all over. I could have done better as an amateur. The owner hung up on my husband when trying to ask questions. With as many times as we had to call the floor shop, the owner should have come out to inspect the work. That never happened. Lots of money and time wasted to just have to get it redone. Please rethink your options if you need flooring.
Don’t waste your time! 1. Chalk job could be done better by a 10 year old. 2. After job done my basement door won’t shut. I called him on it said not his issue he just does floors. Get my carpenter to help me. 3. My qtr round was not fastened back on. Used shop vac to clean up and qtr round sucked up with mess! See my pic of chalk job. Clear chalk would look way better and very very uneven
The guy was not professional. Telling us not to waste his time about bamboo flooring. But he couldn’t show us, or offer us any other flooring ideas.
We have worked with Steve on multiple floor types and consultation for projects. Really knows his stuff and thoughtfully explains pros and cons and how to care for the floor. Super responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone and will keep coming back for more projects
