Don’t waste your time! 1. Chalk job could be done better by a 10 year old. 2. After job done my basement door won’t shut. I called him on it said not his issue he just does floors. Get my carpenter to help me. 3. My qtr round was not fastened back on. Used shop vac to clean up and qtr round sucked up with mess! See my pic of chalk job. Clear chalk would look way better and very very uneven
The guy was not professional. Telling us not to waste his time about bamboo flooring. But he couldn’t show us, or offer us any other flooring ideas.
We have worked with Steve on multiple floor types and consultation for projects. Really knows his stuff and thoughtfully explains pros and cons and how to care for the floor. Super responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone and will keep coming back for more projects
My husband and I walked into the store where they just stared at us for several minutes, like we were interrupting them, as we just walked around to look at flooring options. Finally one guy walks over to us and greets us. We tell him what we are looking for. He then basically tells us we are stupid for looking for what we are looking for, and rolls his eye at us.
