The Floor Maintenance Company did an amazing job on my tile flooring. It is 25 year old and now looks new again. The crew was polite, clean and efficient. Honestly, I never thought it would look this good again so do not hesitate to use this company for indoor jobs as well as outdoor.

We were led to Floor Maintenance by Angi. Vince, the owner, contacted us very promptly and provided us very useful information. We arranged for Vince to come to our house for an estimate. He arrived on time as arranged which is no small thing when working with other contractors. Vince has been doing projects just like the one we wanted for many years and his presentation gave us great confidence. Fantastic company to deal with. From the appointment setter named Nicole to the team 5 stars!! Our kitchen sink counter had become very pitted by water and Vince and Derrick were able to fix the pitted granite and at a reasonable price. They also sealed all of our kitchen granite for protection. I was particularly impressed with Derrick. Derrick per my request came back to the home to tweak some coloring and i was grateful for his professionalism and aim to please. Kudos to Vince and his team.
