The staff were very friendly but I didn’t personally enjoy my float. I unfortunately also didn’t enjoy my massage. I am used to a more traditional massage experience in a more quiet environment. As for the float his could be unrelated but I broke out with acne afterwards and severe dry skin, they do have a warning that the salt dries the skin so just a heads up for people with sensitive skin. Not the staffs fault just not the overall experience I was hoping for.
Very relaxing and great overall experience. I appreciated the written instructions in the flotation room and the calm atmosphere. A haven for the highly sensitive.
I tried floating for the first time today at The Flotation Centre thanks to the recommendation of a friend of mine and it was a wonderful experience! The floating experience was very relaxing and therapeutic. I also appreciated Lindsay’s friendly disposition and enjoyed meeting Pearl, the sweetest dog ever! I will definitely be back :)
Had my first visit yesterday and was SO happy with my experience. I went to visit Em MacPhail for my first acupuncture session ever. Not only were they professional and thorough (probably the most comprehensive medical questionnaire I have ever seen!), but they were so comforting and reassuring through the whole process.
