The best place total relaxation !!! I go there several times a week ! Helps so much with old man stress and brain fog and pain !!
Always a great time at the Float Spot. Had my first aqua massage and husband floated. We have both floated many times and love it. Very relaxing. The staff at the Flower Mound location were just as friendly and accommodating as the staff at the Frisco location have been. Highly recommend either location. One suggestion though... put a chair or something in the pod rooms for people to be able to comfortably sit down and put their socks and shoes back on. :-)
I was hesitant to try the float chamber due to the fact that I don't handle silence well. I chose to have the thunderstorms play then turn off mid way. Not only did I lose myself in the experience, but had one of the most mentally enhancing moments of my life. I will absolutely be going back, and for the longer session next time. The water massage table was blissful as well.
