I was really excited to give floating a try. I have been researching and reading reviews about the positive benefits it has to offer for a few months. I've been really stressed out the last few days and thought it was time to finally give it a shot. I decided to book the Tranquility Express Package which includes a 10 minute Aqua Massage followed by a 30 minute Float. I was supposed to get a confirmation email, but I never received it. My grandson had a concussion from football, I took him to the Float Spot after a recommendation from our doctor. My grandson was only able to count to 8 and after two cessions was able to count to 21. I truly believe that the float cessions helped him to recover faster than he normally would have. Great place.

An hour-long float is a nice experience. The peaceful, restful sensation lasts much longer. Well worth it.

If you're considering doing it and haven't done it yet, I highly recommend it. If you can find the time and can relax enough to "get out of your head" it is an amazing experience. >>PARENTS<< I promise you won't remember the last time you heard quiet like this.

This was well worth every penny. I would recommend an hour on your first time. I will be back soon.
