In spite of my initial hesitation that I could possibly "float" for a full 90 minutes, I was pleasantly surprised how ultimate this experience was. Can't wait to do it again. And, telling many about it.
Wonderful experience! Been anticipating the day when I finally could try out floating, and I'm so glad I did. Staff is very friendly and it's a cozy, personable environment. You'll never want to leave :)
This was my 1st time Floating. The staff ( Hardy and Kevin), both on the phone and in person was very helpful explaining what to expect before you start your experience. This is a wonderful experience. You are alone in silence with no distractions to allowing you to focus on yourself. You are able to clear your mind, relax enter a meditative state & refocus. I highly recommend this experience.
Had my fourth float yesterday. Seems to get better each time. Some people go to relax, some to deal with stress, and others for aches and pains. I go for all three. It is so restful that you feel like you’re dreaming. And despite having many surgeries for my knees, shoulders, back, neck, etc., I literally feel no pain during the experience. For hours and sometimes even days after the float, my pain is less acute or even nonexistent in certain areas.
