I floated twice in the past 2 weeks and i have to say it was absolutely amazing ! The facility is so clean, the staff is so awesome and nice. They give you an orientation before your first float which teaches you everything you need to know before you go in the float room. It was so nice to be able to relax without any effort. When your senses are deprived, it allows you to truly let go of any thoughts and tension in your body. I left feeling to refreshed and relaxed ! Beautiful and sparking clean, quiet and peaceful... great meditation experience!!
Very much worth the time to give it a shot. I went for help with physical recovery from training for a half marathon, but the overall relaxation was more than I expected.

Very peaceful, highly recommend! Clean place, very patient people to explain all. I thought I wouldn't be able to do the 90 minutes, but end up being short!! I Love every minute!
