I left with such a calm, Zen-like state. I already booked my next session. Highly recommended, I think all the musicians and songwriters I know would appreciate this experience.
I got it as a gift and enjoyed it. I did use the ear plugs but feel like I have water in my ears today. I think Q-tips would have been helpful after getting out. I would recommend it to family & friends. The staff was very good.
Over the summer I attended two vipassana retreats both challenging but a wonderful experience. I had been meaning to explore sensory deprivation for years. This winter I finally decided now or never. I sort of became lazy with my meditation practice and this has really helped me get back on track. So far I’ve done 4 floats and it’s been unique every time. Went for my first time yesterday. I'm the type of person that can never relax. I get annoyed at a massage mani pedi. I honestly didn't think I'd last 90 minutes. Well I was 100% relaxed, my brain actually shut off. 90 min seriously felt like 30! Best experience of my life. I finally found my thing!!! My next appointment is already booked!! �
Love this place, so clean and peaceful! Floating has changed my life!
