Wanted to try this place today (April 21, 18) after my son’s soccer game in Ankeny. A gentleman, I assume a manager, said “we have about a 10 min wait as we are just cleaning tables after a few parties!” We didn’t have a problem whatsoever waiting, however, after about 15-20 min waiting a hostess helped a couple of two without helping us. The Fletcher is our go to restaurant in town. I don't think there is a better dish in the metro than their pork chop! They are attentive to our needs and accommodate our one year old's diet as well. We just held my wife's birthday party there and had a great time. Save room for so.e of the delicious cookies from the Bakery inside.

Fun atmosphere in this restaurant, but the service and food could use some improvements. We sat at what I would call the pizza bar because it was a 45 minute wait for a table. The hostess cleared some of the dishes left by previous diners, then walked away, yet there were still used glasses and she did not wipe the bar. When I asked her to finish clearing and wipe the surface, she seemed irritated. Turn off from the start! We decided to try the brunch buffet . Food was ok nothing extraordinary. We felt was way over priced for how food tasted . Very disappointed and feel plenty other places spend that much on a buffet and get more flavorful selection.

Had lunch there today with a group of friends it was amazing! Ben the bartender was on top of everything had a great time brought nachos home for my daughter and she loved them keep up the good work

We had an excellent experience today, we were 4 adults and 4 children under 5. The brunch had an amazing variety and options, the pancake bar was great, and bottom less mimosas our favorite, definitely we’ll come back.
