Excellent all around! Great atmosphere, great staff, great food and Rob the Head Chef is awesome. Highly recommend! “Denny’s Room” is also a perfect venue for a group event!

Went there tonight w/family. Wife ordered 1/2 salad, charged for full. Son in law ordered tenderloin, staff 'forgot' it. Asked for strawberry cheesecake, got caramel cheesecake. Paid online only to have the staff chase us down like we we're skipping out. All of this while they weren't even busy. Won't be back.

Terrible service -- bartender was more interested in talking to his friends than taking my order. Finally when he decided to take my order, he cut me off to get back to his friends. It was my 2nd time in the Fletcher and quite disappointing.

I went there with a group of my coworkers for dinner and I thought the service was okay and drinks were good, but my food was not that great.
We were all hungry when we arrived, so we ordered garlic cheese bread as an appetizer. It arrived 25 minutes later, 30 seconds before our food arrived. Waitress was pleasant, but disappeared for long periods of time. I had to flag down another waiter to get ketchup and mustard for my burger. It was Tuesday night and not busy. Food was mostly good, my burger was delicious, but the chicken was very dry in the chicken alfredo. The Cole slaw was warm, not cold as you expect. Probably won't be back. Love the Fletcher. Always great service and great food. Many times we will order for pick up, always accurate when we get home. When we do sit in the bar to eat, service is always prompt and glasses always full. Only complaint is I wish they were open Sunday afternoons/evening and Mondays for football. Great place

Was there last night, that will be it for me. Waited close to 90 minutes. Finally asked for them to get our order to go when it came up. When we got home to eat, our medium- well meat was completely red in the middle
We have visited the Fletcher before with consistently good service and food. This time we had our three-year-old daughter with us--who is very active. We were impressed with how family-friendly the restaurant was while offering a perfectly relaxing night as well.
