The office team is pretty good. Ambers awesome. The maintenance response is good and they do handle things well. They are picky about your trashcans being outside if theres not garbage in them between the set pick up hours yet the vallet trash has times where they dont show up. I work in the oil fields and shes is a speech therapist, so its maknly my wife staying there most of the time . We literally looked at every apt complex in San Antonio, and when i day every!!! No one was as nice , and had the quality apts that flats at Westover hills had .I work in the oilfields and my wife is a SLP Therapist . I wanted her to feel safe and have a very nice place to live . Id rather give up ammenities and have a very nice apt, then the other way around . The people in... (Verified Renter) The people in the front office are always friendly and will work to help you with any problem you may have, they worked with us and our issues when it came to moving in and have not stopped with any other issues we could have had. The apartment itself is beautiful and I love showing it off to friends. If I were not looking for a house I would stay here forever.
Ive been at... (Verified Renter) Ive been at The Flats for a little over a month and absolutely love the environment and community! My apartment has great features, the leasing agents are so kind, its comfortable, my toddler and I feel safe, and the playground is a perk that not many other nice apartments in the area have. Very hopeful that the duration of my lease is as pleasant as it has been this first month. Valet trash is awesome, especially if youre on the third floor like I am!
