Awesome apartment! We love our apartment and all the amenities that are included. The office staff is amazing and very thorough throughout our stay here.

Very dependable maintenance Maintenance tec. Ralph has been prompt and very friendly when doing job work orders for us residents. With honest trusting employees this is a great safe and clean place to live.
Verified Renter The neighborhood is relatively quiet, but the management is incompetent. If you are lucky to never have any apt issues this would be fine, but if you can afford to live elsewhere, do so.
Verified Renter As of right now, The Flats at Westover Hills is not a great place to live. It used to be great about a year and a half ago, then slowly its become a subpar complex to rent at. Security is a constant concern and until that is addressed I cant recommend this place.
Verified Renter I love the peaceful safe environment, trash valet, and the grounds are kept very clean due to weekly maintenance. Thank you for making this place an enjoyable place to live.

Verified Renter Apartments themselves are beautiful along with the property, the rent is on scale with the amenities provided but on the high side. The glaring negative is that the location is not secure, vehicles and other property on site are not safe from theft or vandalism, this is a common occurrence in this location.
